Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Puerto Rico & United States: 3–7 business days
  • Mexico: 7–12 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days



Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 USD (within Puerto Rico and the U.S. only).


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Agave Jewelry is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Agave Jewelry is not liable for any packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@agavejewelry.com and include photos of the packaging and the item.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
